1. This remote control service is safe. You only share access with our agent/technician ;

2. The communication between you and the agent/technician of Net2Go Solutions is secure ;

3. Your mouse and keyboard will have priority at all times ;

4. You will be able to see what the agent/technician of Net2Go Solutions is doing at all times ;

5. You can end the session at any time ;

6. The remote control service will no longer be active the next time you restart your computer ;

7. For quality control purposes and for security reasons, each remote assistance session is recorded ;

8. That this remote assistance could be billed if it is not covered (Ex .: that your service is not managed, that it is not a service with a guarantee of satisfaction, etc...).

Before using our Remote Assistance Service, please follow these steps :


A) Be sure to close any software and/or document and/or file that may be considered private ;

B) Be sure to close any site that may be considered private ;

C) Be sure to close and/or disconnect any camera and/or webcam system ;

D) Make sure to close and/or disconnect any microphone and/or headphones.
