The messages received via this section of our website are only accessible to the members of the "Security and Abuse Department" and the "Legal and Compliance Department" of Net2Go Solutions : We guarantee you a confidential service.

In order to simplify our investigation, we ask you to :

1. To compose a detailed and understandable message ;
2. To send us all relevant information (eg. PDF, Logs, IP/URL, etc ...) ;
3. To properly identify yourself ;
4. To include your contact information.

NOTE : In the event that it is impossible for you to include the attachments to your email, simply notify us and we will send you a link (to our Cloud2Go service) and so allow you to send everything to us. The Cloud2Go service is secured via an encryption system in addition to an SSL/TLS web link!

The information you provide to us will be treated in accordance with Quebec law on the protection of personal information as well as our confidentiality and security policy. Only authorized personnel will have access to it. If your application is incomplete and/or incomprehensible and/or abusive, it may be delayed or simply ignored/untreated. The maximum waiting period for the processing of an application is seventy-two (72) hours. When sending your message, you will receive a confirmation number of our system, please write it down.
