President's Office

If our Customer Service team can not help you, you can contact the management team at supervisor@net2go.ca and one of our managers will contact you within forty-eight (48) (working time).

What is the Office of the President?

The recommendations do not commit the parties and they are free to explore other possibilities if an agreement is not reached.

Customer complaints are essential sources of information. Based on feedback from our clients, the President may make recommendations to improve our business, products or services.


How can I make a complain to the Office of the President?

The Office of the President only reviews complaints that were first brought to the attention of Customer Care team and the management group.

Your complaint must be submitted to the Office of the President in writing. Specify what happened by indicating the relevant dates, the names of the employees involved and a copy of the relevant documents. It would also be useful to say what you would like the Office of the President to do for you. What is the desired resolution.

By submitting your complaint, you give permission to the President's Office to discuss it with the appropriate Net2Go Solutions business areas in order to complete its evaluation.

If your complaint falls within the mandate of the Office of the President and requires a full investigation, you will receive a consent and confidentiality agreement that you will need to sign and return to the Office of the President. This agreement indicates the process that the Office of the President commits to follow and how to interact during and after the investigation process.


How long does it take to process my complaint?

An acknowledgment of receipt will be sent to you within forty-eight (48) hours (business day) following receipt of the complaint. The majority of complaints will be processed within thirty (30) days of receipt if accompanied by the relevant documents.

If this deadline can not be respected, a notice will be sent to you where the delay will be justified. A new expected response date will also be indicated.
